"Once you have booked the bike or car service, you will get a booking confirmation SMS along with a ID, which confirms that we have received your booking.

After that, our technical team will get in touch with you to understand the process. Once you confirm the service, you will receive a pickup SMS with the details of the person who will pick up your vehicle/do the service at your doorstep.

Once we receive the vehicle, we shall acknowledge it with a receipt of vehicle via SMS. This confirms the pickup from AutoDoctor.

Once we complete the diagnosis, we shall send you a report to your email id and our agent will call you to confirm the same. Once you approve, we shall start the work.
